lam achizitionat sunt mandru si multumit de produs. nu e potrivit pt gainere daca vrei sa pui 350/400ml apa/lapte si 100 grame de pudra nu e loc fizic.daca te incadrezi in 420ml cu totul e perfect.este proiectat sa ofere o stare de bine si o ofera pt ca nu ocupa inutil spatiul in geanta.e clasa lux pe bune daca l folosesti cu 25/35grame izolat/hidrolizat si lichidul aferent 120-250ml.referitor la depozitul suplimentar pentru pudre:el se ataseaza de fundul recipientului daca ai nevoie,sau i l lasi acasa sau interior daca nu ai nevoie.Merge bine cu:tricou blue my protein ,si poate o geanta myprotein...si orice pe care scrie myprotein

Nu recomand acest shaker,este ok ca mixabilitate ,amesteca prafurile fara cocoloase,dar doar atat,in prima zi cand l am primit l am scapat pe jos,gol,si s a crapat tot.
