Le-am gustat pe cele cu Speculoos si sunt minunate, au gust de turta dulce. Sunt foarte bune dupa ce le bagi cateva secunde la cuptorul cu microunde. Am terminat o cutie si acum sunt la a doua.Merge bine cu:cafea, ceai, suc, lapte

Cel mai bun înlocuitor de masa Migdale și Vanilie
Pe bună dreptate este cel mai bun înlocuitor de masa. L-am consumat ca mic dejun. Mi-a ținut de foame cam 4 ore, nu m-a balonat. Textura pufoasa, nelipicioasa, gust bun, aroma fin de migdale și vanilie, nu se simte indulcitorul. Cu siguranță le voi achiziționa în continuare. Merge bine cu:Dieta AID.

Ok, nu au cea mai incredibilă consistență din lume - adică dacă le ții la rece zici că îți rupi dinții în ele, iar dacă le ții la temperatura camerei vara se fac un fel de cremă :)) Dar le poți folosi ca adaos de pus în iaurtul de dimineață/seara - au un aport excelent de fibre (26 grame per baton), ceea ce este incomparabil cu orice de pe piață - poate doar când îmi fac singură acasă batoane din whey + vitafiber să mai ating procentul ăsta cumva. Însă la sub 200 calorii, 20 grame proteină, 26 grame proteină, fără zahăr și carbohidrați extrem de reduși, sunt mirifice. Dar trebuie să bei multă apă pentru ca fibrele să-și facă efectul - eu am un tranzit intestinal lent și atunci trebuie să suplimentez până la 40 grame fibre/zi (media recomandată fiind de 30), ceea ce mă ajută foarte mult pentru că oricâte legume aș mânca, dacă nu mănânc 400 grame de spanac în fiecare zi, nu pot să îmi ating targetul.Merge bine cu:Apă.

Cel mai bun baton proteic pe care l am incercat pana acum! Uneori inlocuiesc o masa cu el sau pur si simplu e o gustare delicioasa. Cel cu caramel si alune este foarte bun.

Mult mai ok decat ma asteptam
Este exact ce imi doresc de la un protein bar. Restul variantelor de pe piata ar putea la fel de bine sa fie Snickers cu un pic de proteina deasupra - multe calorii si carbohidrati. M-a atras in primul rand procentul de fibre - nu intotdeauna am timp sa-mi mananc kg-ul de legume zilnic, asa ca fibrele prind foarte bine. Caloriile totale sunt mai reduse decat la alte batoane (~200 in loc de ~250), iar gustul este... ok.
